Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with traditional market retailers and commercial clients
- Present and sell building chemical products (Aquaproof, Heatgard, Betonmix, Aquagard) to meet sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and expand customer base
- Provide technical product demonstrations and solutions to customer needs
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Ensure timely order processing and collection of payments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales experience in building materials, chemicals, or related industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with customer-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for field visits
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and chemical applications
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
- Residing in Surabaya or surrounding areas
