Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential customers to expand the company's market reach.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet individual and team monthly targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity logs to the management team.
- Handle client inquiries and provide high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the designated region.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) is a plus.
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license (SIM C).
