We are the authorized dealer for John Deere, a global leader in agricultural machinery, and we are looking for someone who can effectively promote our premium tractors and equipment to farmers and agri-businesses in the Batam region.

You will engage with clients face-to-face, understand their specific farming needs, and provide solutions that drive productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by actively prospecting and acquiring new customers in the Batam agricultural sector.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations of John Deere tractors, combines, and agricultural equipment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, and dealers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable while meeting company targets.
- Collaborate with the technical support and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, specifically within the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the local farming community and agricultural practices in Kepulauan Riau.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory for site visits.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in the field.
