As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular business trips to regional areas to explore new market opportunities and meet prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for out-of-town clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and travel expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Willingness and availability to travel out of town frequently as part of the job requirement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Able to adapt to dynamic market conditions and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
