Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance goals.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
