Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Pemalang and surrounding regions.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and distribution partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical consultations to potential customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the management team.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing the deal.
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and local marketing events to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials or paint industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for field operations.
  • Strong understanding of the local market in Pemalang and Jawa Tengah.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
