CV Hokilo Makmur Abadi is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Tangerang. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territory
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts effectively
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of proven sales experience in B2B/B2C environment
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid SIM and reliable transportation for field visits
- Knowledge of local market in Tangerang/Banten area preferred
