Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new leads through a mix of digital marketing, social media outreach, and direct sales calls.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate interaction notes and lead status.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional materials and lead generation campaigns.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to management to track progress against KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming sales objections.
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in using social media for business and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Must be located in or willing to work in the Yogyakarta area.
