Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in the Jakarta region.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach strategies.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with potential clients to demonstrate service value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospect contact to contract negotiation and final closure.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reports to management regarding market trends and performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction post-sale.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of prospects and client interactions in our CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta and surrounding areas as required.
