Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with automotive workshops, retailers, and distributors in Denpasar and surrounding areas
- Aggressively promote automotive battery products through direct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for key products
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Participate in company training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, battery, or industrial products
- Strong network and relationships within Bali's automotive sector highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team
