Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and meetings to key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs using company CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar commercial role.
- Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a professional network.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for professional mobility.
