Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our market share in logistics and warehousing services.
- Proactively identify and qualify new B2B sales leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with key decision-makers to demonstrate the value of our distribution services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and weekly reports to track pipeline performance and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and distribution challenges in the Indonesian market.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
- Own a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the Greater Jakarta area.
