Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients
- Collaborate with distributors to optimize product availability and market coverage
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Banjarmasin region
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for key stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent local travel
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of Kalimantan Selatan healthcare landscape preferred
