We are the home of iconic building protection brands including Aquaproof, Heatgard, Betonmix, and Aquagard.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand within the traditional and retail market sectors. You will be responsible for driving product availability, cultivating relationships with shop owners, and ensuring our industry-leading waterproofing and concrete additive solutions reach the end-users who trust us to protect their properties.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand the distribution network of Aquaproof and associated products within the assigned Cikarang territory.
- Conduct regular visits to traditional markets and retail outlets to ensure product visibility and shelf availability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with shop owners, store managers, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the regional management.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical information to retailers to increase their confidence in recommending our products.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide valuable market intelligence to the head office.
- Handle order processing, stock replenishment, and payment collections in line with company policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and field activity reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or FMCG industry.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Deep familiarity with the local market and geography of the Cikarang area.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in basic data reporting and mobile sales applications.
- Willing to spend the majority of the working day conducting field visits.
