You will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities while providing top-tier service to our existing client base. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic market to expand our client portfolio.
  • Proactively maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, assess their needs, and present tailored product solutions.
  • Lead negotiation processes and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to final closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for the management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the domestic region.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C).
