Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners in the Makassar area.
- Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly volume and value targets.
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and shelf placement within assigned outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the sales manager.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational issues.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports as per company requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven professional experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and product distribution strategies.
- Must possess a valid Driving License (SIM C).
- Must own a reliable motorcycle for daily field operations.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in the field and adapt to dynamic market environments.
