You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, ensuring our products maintain a strong market presence, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners in the Makassar area.
  • Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly volume and value targets.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and shelf placement within assigned outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the sales manager.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational issues.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Submit accurate and timely sales reports as per company requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven professional experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and product distribution strategies.
  • Must possess a valid Driving License (SIM C).
  • Must own a reliable motorcycle for daily field operations.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in the field and adapt to dynamic market environments.
