Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafes) and Modern Trade (supermarkets, minimarkets) clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territory
- Present product solutions to meet client needs and drive sales growth
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client data
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/Sederajat education
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Horeca or Modern Trade
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Strong target-oriented mindset with proven results
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for client visits
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting tools
