Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients requiring industrial powder handling systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical consultations to potential customers
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications
- Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
- Exceed sales targets and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment or technical solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex industrial systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
