Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our industrial client base in the Banten region.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in industrial companies.
  • Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to effectively communicate technical solutions.
  • Proactively identify new business leads and follow up on inquiries to drive lead conversion.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the internal supply chain and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of industrial products.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and territory management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Banten and surrounding industrial areas.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation for business purposes.
