Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to understand client safety requirements.
- Provide tailored safety product recommendations that comply with industry regulations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and follow-ups.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality safety solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest safety standards, innovations, and competitor activity in the market.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or retail (fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a persuasive personality.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own vehicle is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic CRM/digital communication tools.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
