- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients across Indonesia
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in Mandarin communities
- Present company products/services through tailored demonstrations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Represent the company at industry events and Mandarin business forums
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in technology or B2B sector
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
