Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the electrical and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for Mandarin-speaking clients to showcase value propositions.
- Provide detailed feedback from the market to the management team to help refine our product offerings.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) is strictly required to support our business operations.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the electrical/industrial equipment market is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a competitive field environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for effective pipeline management.
