Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and regional sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Medan area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Regularly update sales reports and provide insights to management regarding market performance.
- Ensure timely product delivery and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the distribution and logistics team to streamline the supply chain process for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or field operations role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in North Sumatra (Medan).
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting ambitious deadlines.
