Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with key account clients to drive brand loyalty and sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent retail engagement and product placement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability in assigned Modern Trade outlets.
- Execute effective trade marketing and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance updates for the management team.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide prompt feedback to ensure high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in FMCG or Modern Trade (MT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with store managers and buyers.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for sales reporting.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle for daily field visits.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive under pressure.
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape in Tangerang and surrounding Banten areas.
