Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in Semarang territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pet retailers, veterinary clinics, and distribution partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for retail staff on pet food benefits
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure consistent product availability and merchandising standards at retail points
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or pet care industry
- Strong understanding of pet nutrition and consumer behavior
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Semarang area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
