- Conduct regular store visits to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Manage repeat order processes and ensure timely product replenishment
- Handle invoice collection and payment follow-ups with retail partners
- Monitor product stock levels and sales performance at partner stores
- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell products during store visits
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports to management
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure smooth delivery schedules
- Implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in sales or retail operations
- Valid SIM C with personal vehicle for store visits
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and inventory management
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
