Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers in the Cicendo region
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for Arjuna products
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional campaigns at retail points
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability
- Prepare sales reports and performance analytics using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement new sales applications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in any discipline
- 1+ years of sales experience in FMCG or retail sector preferred
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting and customer management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid SIM and willingness for regional travel
- Results-driven mindset with target achievement track record
