Tanggung Jawab
- Present and sell Andi Offset's book collection to bookstore clients across Yogyakarta
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
- Monitor and manage stock availability at client locations to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports including sales performance and market feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for key titles
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in publishing or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation abilities and experience in closing sales deals
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data management
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Yogyakarta region
- Prior knowledge of the local bookstore market is considered an advantage
