Tanggung Jawab
- Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Promote and sell building materials and chemical products to retail customers
- Provide product information, technical specifications, and recommendations to customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity summaries
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in building materials or chemicals industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of building materials and chemical products
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
