You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share for multiguna (multipurpose) loan products, building strong relationships with our clients, and providing excellent financial solutions that meet their specific needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling strategies to achieve monthly sales targets for multipurpose loan products.
- Conduct thorough field surveys to verify applicant data and assess creditworthiness.
- Maintain high-quality application standards to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to increase retention.
- Identify and approach new business opportunities within the Pangkalan Bun area.
- Monitor customer portfolios to detect early signs of churn and implement proactive retention tactics.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights to the branch management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Kotawaringin Barat region.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
