In this role, you will be the face of our technical excellence, ensuring that our clients experience the perfect cup of coffee every time through expert installation, maintenance, and repair of JURA automatic coffee machines.
We are committed to delivering top-tier service to our corporate and retail clients. As a Technician, you will work both on-site at customer premises and within our in-house workshop. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic issues, performing routine servicing to prolong machine life, and providing exceptional technical support. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation, calibration, and commissioning of JURA automatic coffee machines at customer sites.
- Conduct routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and thorough cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance and hygiene.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic faults to minimize downtime.
- Execute quality repairs on pumps, boilers, electronic modules, and dispensing groups.
- Provide technical training and support to clients regarding machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor stock levels of spare parts and order necessary components in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company service standards during every job.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in servicing commercial kitchen equipment, specifically automatic coffee machines (JURA experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, electronics, and basic plumbing.
- Valid Malaysian Driving License (L) with own transport is mandatory for site visits.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple service locations.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as lifting equipment and climbing ladders.
