As a Sales Showroom representative, you won't just be processing sales; you will be acting as a technical consultant. You will identify prospecting opportunities, conduct detailed product presentations for both units and spare parts, and provide expert advice to help our clients solve their specific business challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Actively manage showroom visitors and reach out to prospective clients to introduce our product catalog.
- Provide comprehensive consultations regarding heavy equipment units and spare parts.
- Analyze customer operational problems and offer the best product solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle inquiries with deep technical accuracy.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and process orders efficiently within the company system.
- Coordinate with the technical and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, showroom operations, or heavy equipment industries.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery and spare parts maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, client-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interpret customer pain points and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven individual.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
