Are you a creative communicator with a passion for driving sales? Acoustic & Lighting Group is looking for a dynamic Sales & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Tangerang Selatan. In this dual-focused role, you will bridge the gap between digital engagement and business growth. You will be the voice of our brand across social platforms, crafting compelling content while proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-oriented, and understands how to leverage social media trends to boost brand visibility and lead generation. You will work closely with our team to manage our online presence, engage with our community, and push our sales targets to the next level.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build brand loyalty within our niche market.
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated through digital channels and offline inquiries.
- Conduct professional product presentations and consultations for potential clients.
- Monitor social media analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and relationship management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proven ability to close sales and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) for creating social media assets.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
