Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Kalimantan Timur region.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
