Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to automotive retailers and workshops to promote spare parts and modification products
- Process customer orders efficiently while maintaining accurate sales records
- Identify and acquire new clients through targeted market outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide detailed product information and solutions to meet customer needs
- Track sales performance against monthly targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with inventory management to ensure product availability
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail sector
- Valid SIM C license (mandatory for field visits)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle modifications
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievement record
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
