Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets across Indonesia.
- Actively prospect and identify new business leads within the construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and technical superiority of Zoomlion equipment.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for regional management.
- Collaborate with the after-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales or industrial machinery sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding market share.
- Deep understanding of the heavy equipment industry and the local Sulawesi/Indonesian market landscape.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
