Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Zoomlion's footprint in the region.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide technical insights to meet specific client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment, mining machinery, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, particularly in Kalimantan or heavy industry hubs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage long-term client relationships in remote locations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively as required by the business.
