Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, cultivate, and convert new sales opportunities for heavy equipment across the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement comprehensive market entry strategies to expand Zoomlion's market share.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver competitive sales proposals, contract negotiations, and closing of deals.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and project managers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, heavy equipment, or related machinery sectors.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Kalimantan Barat.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
