Are you a high-performing sales professional looking to make a significant impact in the heavy equipment industry? Zoomlion, a global leader in the manufacturing of high-end equipment, is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to spearhead market expansion efforts in the Bengkulu region.

In this role, you will be the face of Zoomlion, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a competitive landscape and is capable of building a new market from the ground up.

As our Sales Specialist, you will leverage your deep understanding of heavy machinery to provide tailored solutions to our clients, ensuring that Zoomlion remains the partner of choice for industrial enterprises across Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new market segments in Bengkulu and surrounding areas.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the mining, construction, and agricultural sectors.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the technical advantages of Zoomlion heavy equipment.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction and equipment uptime.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and sales forecasts for regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery sector.
  • Strong understanding of the local Bengkulu industrial landscape and existing network within the mining or construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Possess a valid driving license and a reliable vehicle.
