In this role, you will be responsible for building new markets and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mining, construction, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the development of the Sulawesi region.
As a Sales Specialist, you will act as the face of Zoomlion, ensuring our premium construction equipment solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position requires a proactive approach to market development and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Morowali region and across Indonesia.
- Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the mining, construction, and heavy industry sectors.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Present product demonstrations, technical proposals, and commercial offers to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales while maintaining profitability.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and account management.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the machinery, construction, or heavy industry industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the local market in Sulawesi Tengah and Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
