As a Sales Staff, you will play a crucial role in driving the clinic's growth by building strong relationships with clients, achieving ambitious sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Actively achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to promote services and products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling clinic services.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, healthcare, or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English is a plus (verbal and written).
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Willing to work in Badung, Bali (local candidates preferred).
