PT Hoss Jaya Abadi is looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Staff to join our dynamic team. As a company specializing in die casting, we are committed to delivering high-quality metal products to our clients. We are seeking a sales professional who possesses a basic understanding of the die casting process and is eager to bridge the gap between our manufacturing excellence and our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present and demonstrate our die casting products to potential buyers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals effectively.
- Provide accurate product information and technical support regarding our casting processes.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update customer records in the database.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian.
- Basic knowledge or understanding of the die casting process and metal manufacturing.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Pasar Kemis, Banten.
- Strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented attitude.
