Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and transactional support.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management regarding market trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Procurement) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, trading, or business administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and work independently or within a team.
