Tanggung Jawab
- Prospecting and identifying new potential clients in the freight forwarding and logistics market.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Providing accurate quotations, shipping rates, and delivery schedules to clients based on their requirements.
- Negotiating prices and terms of contracts to maximize company revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with internal departments (such as operations and documentation) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports and activity updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding, shipping, or export/import industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Familiarity with logistics terminology and basic understanding of shipping documentation is a plus.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
