Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for supply chain and logistics? We are partnering with a leading freight forwarding company based in Cikarang to find a high-performing Sales Staff member. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at building long-term relationships with B2B clients in the manufacturing and industrial hub of West Java.
As a Sales Staff, you will be the face of the company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless logistics solutions. If you possess a strong network within the local industrial estates and a deep understanding of export-import documentation, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Cikarang industrial corridor.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing logistics and freight forwarding clients.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations for air and sea freight services.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales volume targets.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on sales pipelines and client feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Staff or Business Development role within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of local industrial areas in Cikarang and Bekasi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
