Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients within the steel industry.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contract terms with potential customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proactive mindset, high resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- A genuine interest in the manufacturing and industrial materials sector.
