Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Japanese-speaking clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide professional consultation on company products/services.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to reach and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting documents for management review.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle contract negotiations and assist in the documentation process for sales transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N3 level preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia/English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
