Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the manufacturing industry.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Present and demonstrate company products effectively to potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management regarding performance and pipeline status.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Staff or similar role within the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English (business level).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and visit client sites within the Cikarang area and surrounding regions.
