Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the existing customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews for team members to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery and after-sales support.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic packaging industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market visits.
