Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor team performance through KPI tracking and provide actionable feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and team growth
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
